Till Schmiedeknecht is the former partner and managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH, and serving COO of BGP. Prior to joining BGP in 2010, he spent two years as a Transaction Manager at Babcock & Brown. Before that he was an asset and investment manager at Cerberus Group in Holland and fund manager for IVG.

Alongside his architecture degree in Karlsruhe including scholarships at the ESTAB Barcelona and the Architectural Association London, he also has an MBA and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Thomas Drastik is the former partner of managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH. He is also in charge of the finance department. Prior to joining BGP in 2009, he had the role of fund financial director at Babcock & Brown in London and Munich, which followed eight years in PriceWaterhouseCoopers' transaction services, business recovery services and audit divisions. Thomas Drastik has been involved in acquisitions and sales totalling more than €2.5 billion.

After his BA in history and economics at Oxford University, he qualified as an Associated Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH and its subsidiaries

Oliver Nobel is the managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH and its subsidiaries. Since 2010, he has taken on management roles in numerous special purpose vehicles as either a managing director or an authorised signing officer (Prokurist). In the past seven years, Oliver Nobel has been responsible for the successful stabilisation and restructuring of about 130 property businesses with more than 160 German properties (office, commercial, shopping centres, hotels, residential) and with a total debt financing volume of about EUR 2.2 billion. He is also a partner of the law firm GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt.

Oliver Nobel studied law in Bayreuth and Bonn. He later completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme of the University of Wales in the area of finance management and controlling.
