Since 2017-10-01 Worna Zohari is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the BGP Group.
Worna Zohari, 46, studied real estate economics at the European Business School (EBS) and has been active in the real estate industry in a number of management positions for more than 20 years. After heading a branch of Viterra AG (now Vonovia) through to 2004, he advised international investors on the purchase of various portfolios and housing associations. In 2005 Zohari was appointed to the Senior Management Board of the Gagfah Group, at that time the largest publicly-listed real estate group in Germany with some 200,000 apartments. From 2010 onwards he was the managing director of Dunios Capital, a successful real estate investor as well as asset and property manager.
Zohari has taught at a number of academies and universities since 2004, and is also a regular lecturer at the European Business School in Wiesbaden/Oestrich-Winkel. Furthermore, he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the board of examiners of the RICS.
Since 2017-10-01 Kristina Jahn is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the BGP Group.
As a graduate engineer and business administrator (MBA) Kristina Jahn, 42, is contributing both technical and administrative expertise. She studied in Detmold and Copenhagen, before embarking on her career in 2000 in the property development sector at Viterra AG. In 2010 she was appointed as the managing director for the Westphalia business unit within Deutsche Annington SE (now Vonovia). Kristina Jahn was also a member of the management team for the initial public offering of what is now Vonovia SE. Following the successful IPO of Deutsche Annington, in 2014 Kristina Jahn took on the management of the largest communal housing association in Berlin (Degewo) with 75,000 apartments. In 2016 she became the managing director of Conwert Immobilienverwaltung GmbH.
Kristina Jahn is a member of the North-Rhine Westphalia Architects Chamber and the Executive Chair of Berliner Wirtschaftsgespräche e.V.
Managing Director Finance Asset Management
Thomas Drastik is a former shareholder and managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH. He also heads the financial department. Before he came to BGP in 2009, he was Fund Financial Director at Babcock & Brown in London and Munich, and prior to this he spent eight years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services, Business Recovery Services and Audit units. Thomas Drastik has participated in acquisitions and sales with a total volume of 2.5 billion euros.
In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Oxford University, Thomas Drastik is an Associated Chartered Accountant (ACA).
Oliver C. Nobel
Managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH and its subsidiaries
Oliver Nobel is the managing director of BGP Asset Management GmbH and its subsidiaries. Since 2010, he has taken on management roles in numerous special purpose vehicles as either a managing director or an authorised signing officer (Prokurist). In the past seven years, Oliver Nobel has been responsible for the successful stabilisation and restructuring of about 130 property businesses with more than 160 German properties (office, commercial, shopping centres, hotels, residential) and with a total debt financing volume of about EUR 2.2 billion. He is also a partner of the law firm GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt.
Oliver Nobel studied law in Bayreuth and Bonn. He later completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme of the University of Wales in the area of finance management and controlling.
Frank Martin Huber
CEO of BGP Asset Management GmbH and its subsidiaries
Frank Martin Huber is CEO of BGP. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business. Huber has extensive experience supervising large real estate transactions both in the residential and the commercial sector. In the past, he has held several positions of responsibility with various real estate companies. Among other enterprises, he has built up the VITUS group with more than 30,000 residential units.
His many years of experience as CEO and CFO of several different market-listed private equity companies have proved a boon in these endeavors.
Frank Martin Huber has a degree in economic and social sciences from the University of Augsburg.
